Life can sometimes take us down unexpected paths—ones that leave us feeling disconnected, weary, or unsure of who we are. We experience heartbreak, loss, and betrayal. Many carry the weight of trauma, abandonment, or emotional pain that began long ago. Others face the daily challenges of parenting in a complex world—navigating social media, neurodivergence, and ever-changing expectations.
Children and teens today face intense pressures around identity, belonging, and self-worth. Questions about gender, sexuality, and social acceptance can feel overwhelming.
At Healing & Restoration Counseling, we believe these struggles do not define you—they invite healing, awareness, and growth. Whatever you’re facing, we meet you with acceptance, empathy,
and a commitment to walk beside you as you rediscover your most authentic self.

Many who come to us have already tried traditional talk therapy and still feel stuck, unseen, or uncertain about how to move forward. Healing & Restoration Counseling offers a holistic approach—addressing the mind, body, and spirit to create meaningful and lasting change.
Our therapists integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, along with the highly effective trauma treatment Lifespan Integration (LI). This combination allows us to support deep healing, not just symptom management.
Our approach is grounded in connection and compassion—offering a space where you can feel safe, accepted, and understood. We don’t stand above; we walk beside you, helping you move from pain to peace, from surviving to thriving, and from brokenness to wholeness.
If you’re seeking a therapist who is warm, genuine, and ready to meet you exactly where you are, we’d love to walk with you on your journey toward healing and restoration.
Meet our compassionate and experienced counselors dedicated to
supporting your journey toward healing and growth.

Not at all. People who ask for help know when they need it and have the courage to reach out. Everyone needs help now and then. In our work together, I’ll help you explore and identify your strengths and how to implement them to reduce the influence of the problems you are facing.
The difference is between someone who can do something, and someone who has the training and experience to do that same thing professionally. A mental health professional can help you approach your situation in a new way– teach you new skills, gain different perspectives, listen to you without judgment or expectations, and help you listen to yourself. Furthermore, counseling is completely confidential. You won’t have to worry about others “knowing my business.” Lastly, if your situation provokes a great deal of negative emotion, and you’ve been confiding in a friend or family member, there is the risk that once you are feeling better you could start avoiding that person so you aren’t reminded of this difficult time in your life.
Medication can be effective but it alone cannot solve all issues. Sometimes medication is needed in conjunction with counseling. Our work together is designed to explore and unpack the problems you are experiencing and expand on your strengths that can help you accomplish your personal goals.
Because each person has different issues and goals for counseling, it will be different depending on the individual. I tailor my therapeutic approach to your specific needs.
The length of therapy varies from person to person and depends on your unique goals, needs, and circumstances. Some people find that a few sessions are enough to address a specific issue, while others benefit from longer-term support to explore deeper patterns and make lasting changes. During your first few sessions, we’ll discuss your goals and develop a plan together. You’ll always have the freedom to review your progress and decide how long you’d like to continue.
I am so glad you are dedicated to getting the most out of your sessions. Your active participation and dedication will be crucial to your success.
