Welcome! I am so glad you are here. The first step of finding a counselor is often the hardest, but it’s also one of the best steps you can take for yourself and I am here to support you through it all!

My Goal as your Counselor:

I believe that who we are today is deeply shaped by the experiences we have throughout our lives, particularly those that occur in childhood. Early relationships, environments, and formative moments often influence how we view ourselves, how we connect with others, and how we navigate relationships in adulthood, sometimes in ways we may not even be consciously aware of.

My approach is rooted in exploring these early experiences with curiosity and compassion, examining how they continue to inform patterns in your current relationships. By exploring your history alongside your strengths, challenges, and coping strategies, we can gain a clearer understanding of what supports you, what feels limiting, and where meaningful growth and healing can take place.

I pay close attention to how past experiences can affect communication styles, emotional responses, and unconscious behaviors. By bringing awareness to these patterns, we can begin to understand their origins, gently challenge what no longer serves you, and work toward developing healthier ways of relating. My goal is to support you in healing old wounds, strengthening self-awareness, and cultivating more fulfilling, authentic, and healthy relationships, both with others and with yourself.

Education/Experiences

I am a master’s level intern working to earn my Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University. I earned my BS in Outdoor Adventure Leadership in 2020 from Ithaca College, where I learned valuable skills on how the outdoors effect mental health and how impactful getting outside can be for induvial. I enjoy working with adults by helping them explore their past experiences and personal relationships.

About Me

I was born and raised in Upstate NY and moved to WA in 2022. I decided to make a career shift two years ago and becoming therapist was something that just called to me. I have a big passion to work with people and help them discover and move through the challenges that life presents. When I am not working you will find me traveling, by the ocean, with my wife and family or playing with my furry children.
