I’m so glad you’re here and taking this first step toward finding the right counselor. Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, but it’s also one of the most empowering things you can do for yourself. Life comes with so many changes and challenges, and you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’d love to walk alongside you as we explore what balance, connection, and fulfillment can look like for you.

I believe that we’re all trying to make sense of our lives while juggling work, relationships, and the expectations we place on ourselves. Every part of our environment—our families, friendships, experiences, and even the stories we tell ourselves—shapes who we are. That’s why I take a holistic, relational approach to therapy. Together, we’ll look at the full picture of your life to better understand what’s working, what’s not, and where there’s room to grow.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I view challenges through a relational lens—because even individual struggles are often connected to the people and systems around us. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to use your strengths (your hidden superpowers!) to create the changes you want in your life.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Washington State University and my Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy Capella University.
I’m passionate about helping young adults navigate the ups and downs of growing into themselves—whether that means shifting careers, building healthier relationships, or simply learning to give yourself more grace.
When I’m not practicing therapy, you can usually find me watching a good movie, reading a new book, getting outside, or spending time with friends and family.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling more grounded, connected, and confident in your life, I’d love to meet you. Let’s start this journey together.
Finding the right fit in a therapist is so important. If what you’ve read here resonates with you, I’d love to connect. I look forward to hearing your story and supporting you on your path forward.
