Arabella Andros, MS LMFTA
I am so glad you are taking this first step towards finding the right counselor!
Counseling Approach
I believe that we are trying to balance all that we are experiencing in our day to day lives. All factors within our environments can be impacting us, and it’s important to look at the whole picture of what is experienced, and not just some of the parts. Our stories shape us and make us who we are. As a marriage and family therapist intern I look at problems through a lens of relational factors and experiences that could also be impacting well-being. Sometimes we need extra support and it is okay to reach out for the help we need. I work alongside you to explore new solutions to current problems. I believe that everyone is stronger than they think and that our strengths can be our hidden superpowers.
About Me
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Washington State University. I am currently obtaining my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy through Capella University. I will be graduating with my Masters Degree in the Spring of 2024. When I am not practicing therapy you can find me watching movies, reading, exploring outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. I look forward to connecting soon.
